For Reviews

If you would like Side B Magazine to review film, music, books or other products, please email us at [ sidebstaff ] @ [ gmail ] . [ com ] and then send a hard copy of the items to the address we provide. However, keep in mind that we edit in advance of the issue release date, so send us your stuff early! We take ebooks and some other materials through email, as well, so if you have a PDF copy of your book, just drop us a note and we’ll add it to our review queue.

Advertising Inquiries

Please email us at [ sidebstaff ] @ [ gmail ] . [ com ] with “Advertising” in the subject header. At the moment, we are open to advertising arts&culture and/or social justice websites, products, and brands, provided we like your work! We can negotiate prices for a print advertisement, and certainly strike a deal for a website banner or button. On occasion, we will also promote other literary magazines and organizations free of charge, so if you think you really “click” with us, don’t be shy – send us an email!

Subscription Inquiries

Please email us at [ sidebstaff ] @ [ gmail ] . [ com ] with “Subscription” in the subject header. We currently publish three times a year. We are also happy to work with bookstores or other retailers – especially independent and online bookstores – that would like to stock our magazine.

Staff Inquiries

Please email us with “Staff” (depending on your interest) in the subject header, and write us a brief email with your name, experience, and why you want to work us – including! and this is important! what we can do for you. Interested in gaining experience with layout? We can use your help. Interested in copyediting? We have that, too. We’re always looking for readers for the slush pile, as well as social media people, columnists, etc. And don’t forget that we want to make this a good experience for you, too! Although none of our positions are paid, we do provide recommendation letters, and you are free to use copies of the magazine toward your portfolio, among other things. Let us know, we’d love to hear from you.
